Ladies, come celebrate renewal, rebirth, and the fertility of spring together! Basking in the balance of the light and dark I was called to hold another women's circle for support, connection, nurturing, wisdom sharing, seed planting, and drumming. Lets dig our hands into the soil and connect with mother nature, rooting into the earth to plant literal and intentional seeds together. Fueled with our magic, the webs of connections we weave in circle, and the energetic vibrations of our drumming.What to expect:
* We will begin by opening circle and with a sowing of our intentions in our hearts.
* We will then go around the circle and introduce ourselves, if you are called to, and share the type of seeds that you choose to bring to share and/or the seeds you are planting within yourself this season.
* We will then enjoy some chatting, wisdom sharing, tea sipping, and seed planting together. (Weather permitting we can do the seed planting outside.)
*Once our seeds have been planted we will have time to send our seeds energy and our intentions and to drum over them, celebrating the spring equinox together. Sharing stories and wisdom in a drum circle.
* We will close circle and blow out the candle together.
What to bring:
* A packet of seeds of your choice to share. (I will bring a few extra packets)
* Any kind of small reusable cups like yogurt containers to plant your starter seeds in. (I will have extras of these too so no worries if you forget them)
* A teacup or reusable mug for tea.
* Bring a chair please.
* Anything else you are called to share with the gathering.
I will provide:
* Tea (Throw away cups will be available. Please feel free to bring your own from home if you are called to.)
* Extra packets of seeds.
* Soil
* Extra starter containers for those that may not have access to them or forgets theirs.

Mamas with little ones! You're totally welcome to bring them if you are called to and that makes your life easier!
This event will be donation based. Whatever kind of energy exchange that means to you. Please know that you are welcome here however you arrive. With or without seeds or any kind of monetary donation. Don't let any of that hold you back from coming and joining in the gathering and receiving what you need.
Registration is required:
There is space for 30 ladies so please be sure to register yourself and have your friends register as well. If you are having a tough time creating a profile and registering at www.momoyoga.com/roots-to-fly-wellness please text or email me your full name and your email so I can put you into the system and reserve your space for you.
