Women's Circle: Do I Matter? Reclaiming Our Worth and Inner Light. So many women silently carry the weight of feeling unseen, unheard, or unimportant. In this circle, we’ll gently explore the painful impact of feeling like we don’t matter—how it shapes our choices, relationships, self-talk, and sense of purpose. Then, together, we’ll reclaim the truth of our inherent worth and the powerful ripple effect of knowing we do matter. Our Circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women gather to share their thoughts, feelings, stories, challenges, and triumphs without fear of judgment. We hold space with deep presence and heartfelt listening, offering a nurturing environment where each woman is seen, heard, and honored.
Together, we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-love, and spiritual awakening. We celebrate each woman's unique journey and the wisdom she brings, standing together as a sacred cheering squad for one another’s illumination and well-being.
Rooted in compassion, connection, and empowerment, we believe in the power of sisterhood. As we rise together—united in shared vulnerability, strength, and love—we co-create personal and collective transformation.
Health Guidelines: If you're experiencing fever, cough, or body aches, please consider resting and joining us another time. Your well-being matters, and there will always be more gatherings. Masks are optional; disposable masks are available at the studio if you'd like one.
Children: We kindly ask that children not attend the Circle. Conversations may be deeply personal or graphic, and emotional or energetic release may occur. Our intention is to provide a safe, sacred space for adult spiritual healing and transformation.
