Women's Circle - Breaking out the Box

Hello wonderful women!

Join us for another special Women’s Circle on Saturday 20 April 6-9pm at Yoga Hub Friedrichshain Studio.

Together we will explore the possibilities that come from being YOU and following your unique path.

We will go on a journey to question the boxes we put ourselves in that limit us, and reflect on what it feels like to courageously break out and be our fullest, truest selves. Through meditation, conscious movement and authentic sharing, we’ll explore the freedom you get from fitting OUT.

Experience includes: guided meditation, conscious movement, journaling, authentic relating, a sharing circle, and time for tea and connection.

Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
