In this gentle and empowering workshop, we’ll explore how to listen more deeply to the body’s innate wisdom. Through guided meditation and breathwork, you’ll be invited into greater ease, alignment, and connection with your physical self.
With so many messages and beliefs around food and nourishment, it’s no wonder confusion can arise. Together, we’ll engage in playful, hands-on muscle testing with a variety of foods, allowing your body to clearly express what supports you right now.
This is a completely non-judgmental space—no right or wrong answers—just you, your body, and its truth. You may even discover a few delightful surprises along the way!

Lorraine is a teacher, clairvoyant, and energy healer with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness and embodied wisdom. Her work blends intuition, compassion, and practical tools to help people reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies and their own inner knowing. Lorraine creates a warm, supportive space where curiosity, trust, and insight can naturally unfold.

✨️ Women's Circle Mission Statement: We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
-Disclosure: Dawn Everhart or any other facilitator, speaker or presenter are not acting as counselors, psychotherapists, physicians, nurses or health professionals. Our Women's Circle is not intended to take the place of conventional counseling or medical treatment. Rather, we are a circle of caring, compassionate women, friends and sisters.
