Women’s Circle & Sound Healing Experience

A safe and supportive sisterhood exploring self-love, female empowerment, spirituality, and more.

Our Women’s Circles are designed to bring together like-minded women in a welcoming and open-minded environment, creating opportunities for personal growth and friendship.

These are monthly intimate events, with a new activity and topic of discussion for each circle. We cover emotional intelligence, self-love, sensuality, relationships, wellness, manifestation, moon phases, mindfulness, and more!

Thursday 27th January *Limited spots available*

This will be a very special circle in collaboration with Jess Pearson (Sound therapist)

The theme of this circle is: Ignite your inner goddess!

7:00pm-8:45pm (give or take)

***The flow of the evening***

Facilitated by Olivia-

*Light snacks provided

*Beginning with connection, welcoming each other, and settling into the present moment with some grounding breathwork.

*Sharing and journaling circle answering prompts, designed to bring out your inner goddess and raise your vibration.

*Oracle card readings.

Facilitated by Jess:

*Closing with a relaxing sound healing immersion and energy cleansing.

Jess creates audible vibrations using crystal singing bowls and an array of other musical instruments. These vibrations can alter our brain waves, promoting healing and reproducing the effects of meditation. Through sound, we can reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, decrease anger and blood pressure, deepen relaxation, and increase our mental and emotional clarity.

***What to bring***

*Journal & pen

*Wear something comfy

*A blanket and eye mask optional (to deepen your relaxation during the sound healing)

*Your fav crystals or small treasures if you wish to add them into the center alter or have them by your side to support you.

All Women and Theydie's welcome! Don't worry about your age we love you and welcome you no matter what! There is no need to feel nervous if you come alone, most women do the same and are all lovely and excited to meet new people.
