Have you even stumbled upon something-- an object when taking a walk or hearing an unexpected song play on the radio and it just hits different? Do you find yourself seeing the same repeated numbers everywhere? Signs are all around us. Our Guides & Angels, God/Source, loved ones who have crossed over... the Universe is always speaking to us. Often times, we're so busy and distracted that we miss it. But when we are open and intentional... when we tune in... so much magic, wisdom, love, and clarity is available to us.
Take a couple of hours to reflect on the signs you knowingly or unknowlingly receive from the Universe & to invite new ways to deepen your connection to your Guides in the future. Best of all, do it alongside sisters in your local community, in the beautiful & enchanting S'il Vous Play in Cleveland Heights.
There will be quiet reflective time, invitations for group sharing, & a restorative meditation & soundbath.

W hat is a Women's Circle?
A Circle is a sacred space for women to intentionally gather & deepen connection to self & the collective.
Women’s Circles have been around since ancient times, and while modern day circles may have a different flow, you can still expect ritual & ceremony to be a part of the experience. They're kind of like a gentle blend of group therapy & meditation with a heavy emphasis on connecting to our sacred & divine feminine. There is thoughtful, facilitated discussion & sharing, as well as time to lay back & receive music or channeled messages coming through to lovingly support you.
What Should I Bring?
Yourself, with an open mind & open heart.
A notebook & pen, yoga mat, blanket. A water bottle is recommended (no strenuous activity, but hydration is always important)!
If you wish to dress in the spirit of your inner goddess, wonderful! If you want to come cozy in your pjs, equally as wonderful!
What Will Be Provided?
You will be welcomed by a simple, yet beautiful altar space with candles, healing aromatherapy sprays, & oracle cards. We will gather in circle around it. You’ll also be provided with a light cushion. I’ll have some extra blankets, yoga mats, notebooks, & pens incase you forget!

As your Guide & Facilitator, I create an inclusive, warm, safe environment for those who identify as women to come together and share their experience & to reconnect with their feminine energy, all without judgement.
I’m a Life & Embodiment Coach & my clients have said I’m like their Soul Alchemist. I blend my empathic & intuitive gifts with a co-active coaching model in which I work with women to reflect on, reframe, & reclaim their lives.
It is my honor to support you as you navigate through a season of change, lovingly guiding & holding you as you cross the bridge from the woman you used to be, towards the woman you are destined to become.
I hold the deepest belief that the world heals & becomes a better place for us all when we have the opportunity to tap into our gifts, cultivate our strengths, & do what lights us up. I trust that when we are connected to our truth & inner knowing, we create a ripple effect that creates a profound impact on our Earth & the people on it.
I live in my hometown of Cleveland Heights with my 2 toddler boys, husband, and our senior dogs.
