A Women's Circle is an old ceremony celebrated all over the world. We would love you to join us for an afternoon of connection. ?❤️We'll let go of things that don't serve us anymore, and set intentions for the new moon. ???
We'll move gently to activate and balance our chakras. This time we will focus on our throat chakra, our center for expression and speaking your own truth! ?♀️?
We will use our voices to sing, talk, cry, and laugh. ??
We will meditate, practice mindful breathing, and share stories. ?♀️?♀️?♀️??♀️?♀️?♀️
Join our beautiful gathering to celebrate friendship, community and sisterhood. ??
You are welcome to come as you are and express yourself. ?
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, a pen & paper, and dress comfortably.
