What to expect:

- a small women-only circle

- we will connect to the spirit of cacao while mindfully drinking cacao

- guided meditation dedicated to the connection with our inner child

- we might be able to squeeze some ecstatic dance at the end, too.

What to bring:

A water bottle, your notebook or journal, bring something for the altar, and wear comfortable clothes.
