In this shared circle, we create a safe and nurturing space where every woman is seen and heard, honoring the power of community. Through gentle meditation, breathwork, and movement, we’ll attune to our inner wisdom and open to the transformative energy of the heart space. This is a time to pause, breathe, and embrace the energetic power and strength of gathered women. Give this time as a gift to yourself to feel centered, expanded, supported, and uplifted.
