As women we are so connected to the earth, moon and stars and are heavily influenced by them. Learning how to live in harmony with these cycles and send the body safety signals so that it can open, cleanse and heal brings everything back into balance and changes our life on every level.
During the talk Mayla will share about the astrology of the new moon in Taurus on the 27th April, the Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine which is the season of Spring and rules the liver/gallbladder, and our 24 hour circadian rhythm and monthly menstrual cycle and how they all impact us.

About facilitators:
🦋 Asia Gray is a Hatha Yoga teacher and workshop facilitator with a deep connection to nature and the rhythms of life. Before stepping fully into her yoga path, she spent years working as a gardener and organic vegetable grower. Her love for yoga began over a decade ago on an autumn morning, as she searched for something to keep her grounded and active through the winter months.
What started as a love for asana soon blossomed into a deep exploration of pranayama, meditation, and chanting. Becoming a mother and wife further deepened her journey, turning her focus toward healing, feminine awakening, and the creation of supportive sisterhoods. Asia continues to evolve, walking the path of devotion, embodiment, and connection.
🦋 Kristina is a socially engaged artist and music for wellbeing practitioner. Her background as a primary and secondary teacher has grounded her as a facilitator in arts and wellness. From 2016-2020 Kristina spent time globetrotting, teaching internationally and travelling to cultural retreats in India, Bali, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica and Guatemala where she completed her YTT 200 and discovered the magic of Sound healing and its benefits.
On returning to Ireland in 2020, Kristina studied at the Celtic school of sound healing and currently is facilitating Sensory soundbaths &
workshops in both Primary and Secondary schools as well as Arts centres and her new studio in Carrick on Shannon.
🦋 Mayla Lambert is a naturopathic nutritionist and self sabotage coach who is passionate about working with women to help them open up to their feminine wisdom and flow with the primal design of their body and mind and the rhythms of the earth.
She has been working, teaching and studying in the health and wellness industry for 12 years and came to naturopathy and self sabotage coaching in a quest to heal herself after decades of abusing her body that led to physical and mental dis-ease. Her drive to heal was to consciously prepare for being a mum one day but as the path unfolded it evolved into her purpose of helping women through the knowledge she learnt and embodied so that they can be the best and most authentic version of themselves.
