It is a potent alchemy when women come together to support one another.Women's Circles provide a safe and supportive space to connect, share experiences, and support
each other's growth and healing. Through active listening, open sharing, and a commitment to
creating a non-judgmental environment, women can gain valuable insights, clarity, and a
relationship with inner wisdom. Circles allow women to feel seen and heard and will enable
them to celebrate their successes and support each other through their challenges.
All are welcome to share, experience, and enjoy each other's company. Seated in a circle where
leadership is shared, all agree to a confidentiality commitment, non-judgment and open
acceptance. Women can be prompted by questions that allow them to connect with their feeling
or thoughts that are not at the front of their awareness. Oracle cards are laid-out in scared
concentric circles, which participants may or may not choose to select to guide or clarify their
thoughts & feelings.
Women's circles have a rich history dating back to ancient cultures worldwide. Gathering
together in a space made safe for sharing, healing, and empowering has been used for centuries
to foster community and support among women. In addition, women's circles have been used in
many cultures to pass on cultural knowledge, celebrate life transitions, and honour the sacred
feminine. Women's circles today take many forms and continue to serve as a means of healing,
personal growth, and empowering one another.
In recent years, there has been a resurgence of interest in women's circles as more women seek to
connect. With the rise of technology and modern distractions, women are seeking ways to
disconnect from their daily lives and connect with themselves and others more deeply. Women's
circles provide a space for this connection and are a powerful tool for personal growth, healing,
and transformation.
Circles are a network where all women can express themselves, be vulnerable, and be celebrated.
Sharing and being heard with other women allowed me to heal and be nurtured by a more
extensive community. I value circles to stay authentic and feel heard within a network of women
who understand. These circles allow all to be heard, and what arises is validated.
