What is a women's circle?
A place of connection, self-care and support... making space to reconnect with your own wisdom and the medicine of gathering together.
What does that look like?
Every circle will be different. We use for example gentle somatic movement practices, embodied enquiry, group sharing, interpersonal practice, meditation, yoga nidra, sound, creative expressions ritual and mythology...
We create a heartfelt space of being together, to journey with ourselves and others, attuning to the language of intuition, and listening to the wisdom deep inside our bones.
Investment: drop in 15€ or 4 sessions for 40€
