I use the themes of matrescence to give you space to explore your motherhood experience, through self-reflection and sharing opportunities.
The focus of this Circle will be an exploration of matrescence and self-expression. We will reflect on creativity, with a focus on sound and song. There will also be movement and relaxation.
Tea, lunch and snacks catered by The Golden Month.
Places in the Circle are limited to ensure a meaningful experience, where everyone has the opportunity to be seen and held.
I aim to create a Circle that provides a space for you to feel safe and open to share. I also ask that you bring an intention of safety, bravery and respect to the Circle for yourself and your fellow Mamas. You choose your level of participation, how or if you disclose feelings or ideas close to your heart.
