About this Event
A special evening to connect as women—through movement and practices that help us return to the rhythms of our bodies and the natural world. Our theme for September is The Wild Woman Archetype.
We will explore feminine embodiment (somatic movement that releases tension and numbness and awakens feelings/sensation in the body), with sharing and ritual to help us come out of the "go" of everyday life and into the "flow" of our interconnectedness, energetic aliveness and embodied wisdom. We will end with deep, restorative relaxation.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring additional blankets/pillows/eye mask for rest.
