I’m Kenna — a brand strategist and embodiment guide. My work blends somatic practices, creative expression, and sacred movement to help women reconnect to their truth, power, and presence — not just in their work, but in their bodies and everyday lives. After years of living in overdrive (pushing, proving, performing) I realized I didn’t want to just do more... I wanted to feel more, express more, and move through life from a place of alignment and inner fire. The spaces I hold are a permission slip for you to sink deeper into your essence and feel safe to be exactly who you came here to be.
