A slow, soul-soothing weekend for women who just need a breather.We’ll be camping near the water at Stockton Lake — kayaking in calm coves, journaling under the trees, and enjoying simple pleasures like chef-prepared meals, fireside connection, hammocks, and quiet mornings with coffee by the lake. We’ll even catch some sunset paddles… or maybe glide under the moonlight.
organic meals made fresh on-site:
– Light breakfast, full lunch, full dinner, snacks & tea on Saturday and Sunday
– S’mores & evening snacks each night
– Small grab-and-go breakfast Monday morning
(Guests bring dinner for Friday night arrival).
There’s no pressure here. No expectations. Just space to unwind, breathe deep, and come back to yourself.
All gear is provided — including cozy camping setups and comfy kayaks — so you don’t have to plan or pack much. Just show up and let nature do what it does best.

1. When & where? - September 12th-15th, at Stockton Lake! For extra safety reasons, we won't disclose the exact campground until you’ve booked your spot. Arrive the evening of September 12th & leave morning/early afternoon of September 15th
2. What's Included? - All camping gear (tent, sleeping setup, etc.), kayak and paddle boards, chef-prepared meals on-site, guided breathwork meditation sessions, sunset & moonlight paddles, s’more’s, & so much more!
3. There ARE full showers & bathrooms on-site!
4. Who’s this for? - This retreat is for women who want to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with themselves in nature — no experience necessary. Come as you are, whether solo or with friends.
5. What to bring? - Comfortable clothes for paddling and relaxing, personal toiletries and any favorite snacks/drinks, maybe a journal (optional– but nice to have!) or card games!
