Ecstatic Dance is one of the best ways to drop out of your mind, let go of what’s been weighing you down and feel at home in your body again.
There are no steps to follow, you don’t need to know how to dance and there is nothing to do or be other than yourself.
This is time purely for you, to move in a way that feels good for your body, in a welcoming, judgement-free space.
It’s an opportunity to let go of all the toxic “shoulds” and embrace the natural, wild, ever-changing woman you are.
It’s a chance to enjoy being in that incredible body of yours - not when you've lost 10lbs or can fit into your skinny jeans - but right now, in this moment.
Before the dance, we'll enjoy a cacao ceremony and intention setting ritual together to celebrate the new moon.
We are cyclical beings, and when we work with the cycles of the moon, we can come into greater alignment in our own lives.
Cacao is a sacred plant and wonderful companion to ecstatic dance. When enjoyed with intention, cacao can allow you to connect more deeply with your body, relax into the rythmn of the music, open your heart and tune into your intuition.
At the end of the evening you'll feel freer, more connected and at peace in your body.
