Dear Sisters,We are gathering for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony under the Full Moon.
The Full Moon is a powerful time of illumination, reflection, and release; inviting us to honour what has grown, let go of what no longer serves and open ourselves to receiving clarity, guidance and light.
đź’– The Sacred Cacao opens our hearts with warmth and love, helping us connect to our womb and heart spaces, soften into our own inner guidance, and celebrate the power of feminine energy in circle.
Together, we will journey through:
🌀Receiving cacao & roses
🌀Heart & womb meditation
🌀Singing
🌀Cachimbo (sacred pipe) prayers
🌀Conscious dance
🌀The creation of your own womb & heart misting spray, infused with your intention and the energy of the circle
This is an opportunity to align with the energy of the Full Moon, reconnect with your inner feminine, and honour yourself in sacred sisterhood.
🙏 Please inform us if you: are taking antidepressants, have heart problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are allergic to any of the cacao ingredients.
What to bring:
• Your favourite cup for cacao
• Yoga mat, blanket, or meditation chair to sit on the ground
• Bottle of water
• Journal and pen
• Musical instruments
• Your own cachimbo (if you have one)
• Flowers, herbs, or anything you’d like to offer to the altar
• Fruits or nuts to share at the end of the ceremony
✨ Please note: Cacao works best on an empty stomach — last meal ideally by 3:30pm. Avoid alcohol, drugs, and caffeine the day of the ceremony.
