Join us in circle with your fellow sisters. Breathe in community with other women. Settle into a container of feminine nurturance. This 2.5 hour breathwork workshop offers an opportunity to drop out of the mind and into the body. We start with somatic exercises and authentic relating to build co-regulation and safety in the container. We then move through a full conscious connected breathwork journey that ends in a deep parasympathetic (rest and relaxation) state. We end with an intentional integrative process before opening the space to a free flow of social connection.
