Women's Breathwork Circle – In-Person in Lafayette, CO

When's the last time you took a pause for you? Come join us for a Women’s Breathwork Circle at the Lafayette Public Library — a restorative space for women and mothers.

This 90-minute in-person session is designed to help you release emotional and energetic tension, reconnect to your body and breath, and reset your nervous system through light movement, somatic breathwork, music, and gentle guidance.

Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, burnout, or a life transition, you’re welcome here. No experience necessary — just come as you are, with an open heart.

What to Bring

Yoga mat or something to lie on
Blanket or layers to stay cozy
Eye mask (optional)
Water + journal (if you like to write after)

You’ll be lying down for most of the journey, so wear comfy clothes and anything that helps you feel safe and at ease.
