Ready to unleash your inner fighter in a supportive, women-only space? Join our **All Women’s Boxing Bootcamp** Saturday, January 24th at 2 PM!
This high-energy session is perfect for women looking to torch calories, kickstart serious weight loss, build strength, boost confidence, and have FUN while doing it. No prior experience needed—we’ll teach you the **fundamentals** of boxing (proper stance, jabs, crosses, hooks, footwork, and defense basics) in a safe, encouraging environment.
We’ll flow through intense circuits combining shadowboxing, bag work (if available), core blasting, cardio drills, and full-body conditioning to keep your heart pumping and muscles working. It’s empowering, sweat-dripping, stress-melting fun!
Plus, connect with other like-minded women who are all about leveling up their fitness, mindset, and sisterhood. No judgment, just pure power and motivation.
