Women's Bollywood Fitness Class - 1 Trial Pass

Our introductory passes are for New Beginners to promote our seasonal community dance and fitness programs. We have run programs both in the Annex and High Park and online since 2014.

Our programs are low to moderate intensity to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages. No dance experience is required.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE GETTING A TICKET

1 TICKET PER NEW BEGINNER | FINAL SALE | WAIVER FORMS REQUIRED | NO DROP-INS

1. By voluntarily signing up, you waive the instructor(s) and host of any liabilities & risks including injuries and sudden death – you must submit a waiver form before participating in your first class via email or you will not be admitted into class

2. Once you get a pass, you will be scheduled into Acuity Scheduling and an email with waiver and PARQs will be sent to the email on file

3. Some classes are women's only and co-ed (we will adapt as needed)

4. We will take videos and pictures of the live class for promotional purposes
