Women's Beginner Strength Training Workshop

Welcome to the Beginner Strength Workshop, for women! Perfect for those new or rusty to strength training with weights. This educational session is led by a certified personal trainer.

Most of our clients had never lifted weights before joining our community, and now love how much stronger they feel in their daily life. Our coaches have years of personal training and powerlifting experience. They’ll ensure you learn proper technique to avoid and prevent injury while teaching you the ins and outs of barbell-based training.

You’ll learn how to:

• Pick the right exercises for your goals and current skill level
• Perform the exercises correctly and safely to maximize results
• Understand body mechanics and the science of resistance training
• Plan your training schedule around your lifestyle
