Join me for a beginner's snowshoe at Cascade Golf Course! This is an ideal afternoon for anyone interested in trying snowshoeing but nervous. The course is pretty flat and the road is nearby for easy escaping!
Start with about a half hour of winter safety and snowshoe principles. We will take a 1 to 2 mile snowshoe, decided by the group. Wrap up with warm beverages and visiting with new friends!
Wear a moisture wicking base layer. An insulated mid-layer and water and wind resistant outer layer and bring a bottle of water!
This is provided directly by EmpowHer Outdoors. In an effort to keep classes as affordable as possible, we offer manual registration through Google forms. Payment will be requested through your choice of Venmo or PayPal. If you prefer, checks or money orders must be received at least 5 days prior to the event.
