Don't Miss — Women's Barbell Clinic — Designed for someone who is comfortable using a Barbell, with the basic lifts, and wants to learn more advanced exercises w/ barbell and dumbbells. DATES — Tuesdays & Thursdays, October 1 - 18 (3 weeks)
TIME — 6 PM for 60 Minutes. People will be signing up for both
SESSIONS — 6 Total (2 per week)
EARLY-BIRD REGISTER — $225 (250. regularly)
#YBS #PersonalTrainer Taylor Calcei — will help you gain strength and build muscle by focusing on lower reps and higher weights. Barbells, free weights and kettlebells will be used. Each session includes 30 minutes of lower body and 30 minutes of upper body and core.
If you've already attended our Women's Barbell Clinics in the past, we will be doing new combinations of exercises to make it a fresh experience.
