We are now in the colder months of the year, so we will meet weekly during term time in Wylde Green Church, Britwell Road for a gathering of female energy, support and friendship. In the warm months we will be outside. In the colder months we will meet inside at Britwell Church.
At our meetings we will journey through various creative practices, explore the world of allotment gardening and healthy lifestyles with discussions about nutrition and a balanced diet, in addition we will learn various indoor and outdoor skills such as but not limited to growing and using herbs, arts and crafts, cooking, foraging and wittelling.
The aim of the group is to offer a safe, supportive and inspiring place for all women with no judgments as we get to know each other and ourselves as we journey through a changing world. A place where we can let our hair down, talk freely or not at all. We will move and learn at our own pace, but most importantly be together in a peaceful place that is hate free and supportive, showing compassion and respect and learning to understand each other as we go.
A suggested £3 donation is welcome.
