In this refreshing and relatable mini-workshop, mindset and purpose coach Jennifer Neilson of My Lead Advantage will walk us through how to say no without guilt, without over-explaining, and without losing our kindness.
You’ll learn:
✅ Why saying no feels so uncomfortable — especially for helpers, givers, and “strong ones”
✅ A simple 4-part script to say no with clarity, compassion, and confidence
✅ Real-life language you can use right away — in work, life, and relationships
Each attendee will receive a fun sheet to guide their personal “no” practice.
The mission of Women 2 Women Connecting is to provide female business owners, managers and employees the opportunity to meet, advise, support, mentor, connect and encourage one another in order to promote the success of their businesses, as well as providing opportunities for the members and guests to connect and learn more about each other and the community.
The monthly meetings will be focused on providing relevant programming to professional women, encourage networking, and offer a venue to share ideas, success stories and best practices with other women in the local community.
Each month, to keep it easy, lunch will be provided at a cost of $15 for Chamber Members and $20 for Guests. RSVP Required.
The Women 2 Women Connecting will take place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at Hampton Inn by Hilton, 7710 Navarre Parkway.
All women in the Navarre area are invited to attend.
