NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) is the longest standing women’s business owner organization in the United States.

The NAWBO Phoenix Pitch Competition invites women business owners to deliver a powerful, 7-minute presentation about their business during the Women with Vision event on March 5, 2025.

Eight participants will compete in this 50-minute, judged event. The winner will receive a $500 cash prize and represent Phoenix at the NAWBO National Pitch Competition May 2nd, 2025 (travel expenses not included).

When:

• Workshop 1: February 21 | 1:00 - 4:00 PMTraining in core message, mission, and presentation.
• Workshop 2: February 28 | 1:00 - 4:00 PMPitch delivery rehearsal.
• Pitch Preview: February 28 | 5:00 - 7:00 PMFinalists will be selected.
• Pitch Event: March 5 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (during Women with Vision).

This competition is open to all women business owners who are:

• Seeking funding for their business.
• Looking to increase their visibility and influence.
• Ready to refine and deliver a professional pitch presentation.

Selected participants will:

• Receive free training and preparation.
• Deliver their pitch on stage at a live event.

• $75 for NAWBO members
• $105 for non-members

Cost includes a $25 application fee.
