She is also a long-time advocate and volunteer for local and national organizations advocating for LGBTQ rights and Women’s equality. Before joining Merrill Lynch, she was the COO/CFO of local small business and has spent over a decade in Finance and Operational roles. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Born in Washington, Theresa lives with her wife and two kids in Seattle and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing softball and experiencing the beauty of the PNW.
