Per the CDC's mask guidance, fully vaccinated participants are welcome to attend mask-free. We ask all unvaccinated participants to wear a mask unless actively eating or drinking. In general, people are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

A California girl through and through, Cecille Nguyen was born in Silicon Valley and raised all over Northern California. She attended university at UC Davis and completed her Master of Business Administration at Dominican University of California in Marin County. Cecille now finds herself at home in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. Cecille leverages her over 20 years of experience in banking and finance to empower her clients with financial education throughout the planning process. As an independent adviser, Cecille works with her clients to implement customized, comprehensive financial plans by using tax-efficient strategies and balancing investments with risk management. When she is not working with her clients on their holistic financial plans, she enjoys cooking, hiking, practicing yoga, watching the Great British Baking Show or flying back to California to visit family.
