Treat Yourself Ladies Night
"Treat Yourself" is a special event created to Educate, Encourage, and Empower women to be their best healthy selves (spirit, soul, and body)!! We focus on *Self-Reflection, *Relationships and *Womb Wellness (hormones, menopause, menstrual cycles, gut health and more). We have raffle prizes, networking opportunities, sweet treats plus a powerful Q&A session with Dr. Lj Johnson.
Speaker:
U.S. Navy Veteran Cassandra Johnson, MBA & Dr. LJ Johnson, PsyD IHP FDNP IIN, CHEK. Dr. Johnson is the "Wholistic Hormone Expert" and a women’s hormone coach specializing in endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids. LJ has worked in the women’s health and fitness industry for over 20 years.
When: Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM
Where: in the private American Legion Post 29 Hall at 6822 North 57th Drive Glendale Arizona. (Located 1/2 block south of Glendale Avenue in the Hall which is the separate non-smoking building with the large mural.)
What to expect & who this is for:
This in-person event is exclusively for women who have served or are currently serving in the military. At this meetup, we aim to create a space where women can share their experiences, form meaningful connections, and find support from those who understand their unique journey.
Whether you're still in the military recently transitioning into civilian life or have been out of the service for years, this event provides an opportunity to create genuine connections, exchange stories, and build a strong community of like-minded individuals.
During the meetup, we will facilitate engaging discussions, offer resources, and provide valuable information on various topics relevant to women veterans.
