I think it's extremely important to be able to protect yourself in today's world. Aerial Elegance Academy is hosting it's 1st women's self-defense class. Zach Price, owner, instructor and fitness trainer of Revolution Martial Arts will be instructing of the fundamentals of protecting oneself. I feel this is vital. Especially in today's society.* Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Class starts at 7 p.m.
