About this Event
The 8 week course will cover self defense situations , including arm grabs, how to defend against someone trying to subdue you, pin you to the ground, choke you, or attempt to pick you up.
B ring a friend! This is for ages 13+
Class will be from 5:00-5:30 and you have the option to train in the Gi in the all women class that follows this class.
W hat to wear: t-shirt and leggings.
W hat to bring: water bottle. We have a refill station in the studio.

Your first class is FREE. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINS PRIOR TO CLASS. We start promptly at 5pm and it is only a 30 minute class!
