Following the success of our last workshops we are proud to launch this 3hour workshop specialized for workshop for Women Self-Defence.Since its foundation in 2006, the Malta Self-Defence Academy has been offering its services to a wide range of students through a number of tailor-made courses/workshops.
To ensure personal attention to every student, we are limiting the number of students to 15 . This will enable us to focus on the needs of every person attending this workshop.
The workshop will be conducted by our qualified Chief Instructor who has over 20 years experience in Martial Arts.
INFO ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
- you will learn a range of effective striking techniques using hands and feet (no flashy techniques here, we will stick to fast, explosive moves !)
- you will learn how to adapt the effectiveness of Kung fu, a Chinese Martial Arts for the application of Self-Defence techniques
- have the opportunity to practise Self-Defence techniques for unarmed attacks
- learn how to use everyday items as Defence aids
- learn a number of verbal, non-verbal techniques to de-scalate threatening situations
- above all, we promise a fun and professional environment
