This year, Women Rocking Ministry invites you to pause, breathe, and receive.
Our 2026 theme — Called to Rest — is an invitation to return to the quiet strength that flows from God’s presence.

In ministry, it’s easy to keep serving while running on empty. But rest is not retreat — it’s restoration. It’s where we remember who we are, why we were called, and what it means to lead from overflow instead of exhaustion.

Join women pastors, leaders, and ministry builders from across the globe for two days of worship, renewal, and real conversation. Together we’ll explore what it means to lead with joy, live with peace, and build ministries that reflect God’s rhythm of grace.

You’ll experience:

• Inspiring speakers and panels
• Meaningful conversations about leadership, calling, and rest
• Authentic connection with other women in ministry
• Moments of worship and reflection to refuel your soul

Whether you’re a pastor, preacher, chaplain, ministry founder, or simply a woman who loves the church, this gathering is for you.

A Panera-catered boxed lunch (salad and sandwich) is included on Saturday for in-person guests. Limited vegetarian and gluten-free options available; you’re also welcome to bring your own meal.

Come, take a deep breath. Let God remind you that you were never meant to carry it all alone.

Your swag bag will be waiting — thoughtfully filled with some useful and some not so useful (but fun) things.

This first hour is unhurried and relational — a time to say hello, meet new friends, reconnect with familiar faces, and gently settle in.

Visit with speakers, take a photo with a friend, browse the ministry tables, or simply rest and take in the atmosphere.
No rush… the weekend begins slowly.

Info: Day 1 is designed as a soft landing — a time to step away from the noise, meet other women in ministry, and settle our hearts before diving into the deeper work of the weekend.

Throughout the afternoon and evening, you’ll have space for:

Worship and reflection
Unhurried conversations and meaningful connections
Guided moments of prayer
Creative and hands-on experiences
Light icebreakers and story-sharing
Unstructured time to rest, settle in, and breathe

No rush. No pressure. This opening gathering invites you to exhale, find your footing, and begin from a place of rest.

Info: As evening settles in, we’ll gather for a relaxed time of worship, reflection, and shared voices from among our sisters in ministry.

This session will include:

Live worship to help us quiet our hearts and re-center in God’s presence

A panel conversation on calling, rest, and the real challenges of leading in today’s ministry landscape

Space for a few women to briefly share their ministry stories, not as presentations, but as encouragement to the rest of us

It won’t be a rushed or polished program — but a time to listen, learn, and remember that God speaks not only through messages, but through one another.

An evening of presence, not pressure.

Info: Day 2 is not about scrambling to capture every word — it's about letting truth sink in.

You’ll receive a reflection journal in your swag bag, but we invite you to begin the day without worry about writing anything down. Instead, come ready to listen, experience, and let God speak in His own timing.

This is not a conference to collect information.
It’s a space to receive transformation.

Day 2 invites you to:

Be fully present, not preoccupied
Listen with your heart, not just your head
Engage slowly and deeply, without hurry
Let go of striving — and lean into rest, renewal, and encounter
The teaching, worship, and conversations on this day are designed to be absorbed — not captured. You’ll have time later to jot down what stayed with you… if anything needs to be written at all.

Come with expectancy — not urgency.
Come with openness — not performance.
Come ready to receive — not record.

Info: We will begin the day with a little bit of fun and a lot of worship. Our worship team is gifted in music and guiding people into worshipping our Great God! Let's let the worries of the world be lain at Jesus feet and center our hearts and minds on Him.

Info: Worship will lead right into our main speaker and then we will enjoy the Preach Off Finalists. Enjoy our speakers from various ministry expressions who will encourage you in your unique ministry role. Hear from Pastor Elaine how to conquer self-doubt and be set free from the things that keep you stuck as a woman in ministry.

Info: Panera will be our lunch caterer with boxed lunches of salad and sandwich. We will have some gluten free, and vegetarian options available on a first come first serve basis. Please feel free to bring your own dietary aligned lunch.

Just imagine that level of magnetism and entertainment at your event! She'll crush it with clean comedy and have you wanting more.

Info: We will be gifted to listen to messages from Women Leaders specifically for those in attendance. Also, in the afternoon, learn some professional speaker tips and tools and next steps to conquer self-doubt and Excel as a Woman in Ministy! Our Master Potter returns this year for another dramatic presentation!

Info: Join in as we celebrate the winner of the first Global Preach Off and hear her message in expanded form! She was brought to royalty for such a time as this!

Info: We will end the day with a final time of worship and celebration as well as a moment of Biblical affirmation. It is our desire that you find refreshment, edification, affirmation, rest, laughter, and maybe a new friend or two. We look forward to meeting you and hearing about the Call God has lain on your heart!
