Hey, I’m Ciara—corporate scientist by day, yoga adventurer by… also day (because we all know evenings are for laundry and emails). I founded The Planted Yogi after years of burnout, hustle, and juggling deadlines with daycare drop-offs. Yoga hikes became my secret weapon for staying sane—and now I’m sharing the magic.
With a PhD in toxicology and a side hustle turned soul project, I help high-achieving women like you shake off the stress, reconnect with yourself, and spark big ideas in fresh air. Think of this as networking, but with better views and way less awkward small talk.
Come for the movement, stay for the mindset shift—and leave with a few new biz besties.
