On Sunday, October 1st 2023 Baldoyle Jiu-jitsu Academy is happy to invite you to our first women open mat. The open mat will run from 2pm to 4pm. This event is free and open to women of all gyms and affiliations.You can find us inside the Baldoyle Badminton Centre (D13 E8Y2), within walking distance of Clongriffin Dart Station or bus H1. There is parking in front of the building and a bike rack next to the entrance. The gym is located on the first floor, while you can find changing rooms and showers on the ground floor.
Children are welcome although for safety reasons they will not be allowed to play on the mat. We have a large seating area in front of the mat.
