About this Event
Would you like to discover how the power of using poles can benefit your walking? This face to face and practical session goes beyond using poles for balance and stability and will teach the basics of Nordic walking.
Not only will you learn how to set up your poles correctly, but you'll also gain insight into the benefits of using poles. You'll learn how poles can make you faster, more efficient, improve your posture and your gait as a walker.
Together we will learn how the poles can help you learn how to engage the core, improve your upper body strength and ultimately gain a total body walking and fitness experience from a qualified instructor.
Our session is a 2 hour workshop. You are very welcome to bring your own poles, but I will also have a couple of spare sets for you to practise with too.
We will enjoy a coffee, tea and catch up afterwards too.
