Update !! 40 Days and counting!Plans for my Wellness Retreat in Breckenridge Colorado (during the fall colors) September 5th thru 7th are all solidified! I am so excited about this one! We are going to have a blast, rejuvenate, exercise, learn, see the fall colors, be in the mountains, and be pampered 😉. What more do you need in life!
Here are the details:
Friday 9/5
Evening:
-Arrive 3 to 5 pm
-Dinner with professional private chef Abby
-Firepit, Hot tub, Steam room, relax by the river (your choice)
Saturday 9/6
Morning
-Hike to see beautiful fall colors , waterfalls, and lakes ( all different levels and distances, you choose your distance)
-Body weight strength training with me your Coach Lori
-Brunch with private chef Abby
-Free time (journal , reflect, listen to the river flow)
-Yoga on the outdoor deck with Deb ( certified yoga instructor with over 20 years experience)
-Seminar with private chef Abby (healthy food and the science behind what we eat)
-Free Time
-Seminar with Coach Lori (fighting pre/peri post menopause, strength training/functional training the why behind it, injury prevention, and more)
Evening
-Dinner with Private Chef Abby
-Firepit, hot tub, steam room, relax by the river
Sunday
Morning
-Pamper session including (robes, slippers, charcuterie, facemasks, Japanese floor seating, self service manicures, pedicures and so much more)
-Free time to journal and reflect on the weekend
-Time to say goodbye until next year!
