Join us in Glasgow on Wednesday 25th February for a morning of connection, conversation and inspiration at Maison by Glaschu.
We're back in Glasgow with another uplifting event, bringing together ambitious women for meaningful conversations and real connections. We’re excited to welcome two incredible speakers who will share their stories and insights.
The Braid Sisters, Amanda and Martine, are sisters and wellbeing coaches from Glasgow who support women to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change. Their work is deeply shaped by their personal journey, including the loss of both parents to cancer, which led them to explore powerful tools for healing, mindset, and personal growth. Alongside coaching, wellbeing events, retreats, and community experiences, they have recently launched their first book, "Notes from your sister", sharing their story and practical insights to help others navigate challenge, growth, and transformation. Their approach blends mindset work, breath work, mindfulness, and challenge-based practices to empower women both personally and professionally.
Rude Cookies is a cheeky independent bakery and café in Shawlands, Glasgow, known for its bold, handcrafted cookies, cakes and coffee with a playful, irreverent edge. The business was started during the COVID-19 lockdown by best friends Magda Lo Bianco and Agnieszka “Aga” Taylor, two Polish-born creatives who turned a shared love of decorating sweary, uncensored cookies into a full-time venture with a cult following. Since growing from a home project into a full bakery and café, they’ve become known for their distinctive designs and unapologetic humour, blending artistry and adult-oriented fun in every bake.
