Women on the Water: Yoga with Katie Hutton Sunday, September 7 | 9:00AM–11:00AM
Join us for a peaceful morning of gentle movement, breath, and connection with nature. This session features Katie Hutton, a passionate yoga instructor with over 15 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience.
Katie’s beginner-friendly classes blend breathwork and mindful movement to help you feel balanced, relaxed, and grounded. With a calming presence and a focus on safe alignment, Katie invites you to tune into your body and leave feeling restored and renewed.
About Katie:
My name is Katie. I have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years. Yoga has always been a constant in my life. It is always there when I need to relax and find peace. This passion for yoga led me to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training and been teaching for the last five years. My classes blend yoga postures with breathwork to allow you to connect with yourself and find balance. I teach beginner friendly classes and bring a calm energy to hopefully allow you to relax and restore. Throughout class, we focus on fundamental poses, safe alignment and breath to help you leave class feeling calm and grounded in body and mind. Outside of yoga, I love to sew, read a good book or simply explore outside. I am also the mom to two little girls who always keep me busy. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
