Have you always wanted to learn to Paddle board? Please join us for the 4th year of Women on the Water made especially for ladies to learn and socialise with their peers while developing skills. No previous experience necessary, our knowledgable instructors will teach you everything you need to know in a small & safe group setting. One of our most favourite programs bringing together women in an empowering series that lets you try many different aspects of paddleboard life!
In each series we will cover:
-Learn to SUP
-Learn to SUPYoga
-Learn Floating Meditation
-Guided Paddle to Cove & skills practice
- Field trip! ( New for 2024) We will SUP another location within 30 minutes of Burlington and practice skills you’ve been taught. We will choose a spot together as a class.(extra entrance fee may apply if we choose something with admission fees)
Sign up and have an awesome class to look forward to every week! We can provide all the equipment you need or you can bring your own board and safety equipment for less.
Even if you've already been paddling, our lessons will teach you proper paddling technique, weather forecasting, all safety aspects, buying tips and so much more. Become a knowledgable & empowered paddler with us this Summer. Make new friends while enjoying life on the water with your peers.
We can't wait to kick off another season of this awesome series. Programs run 5 weeks. Wednesday evenings or EARLY Sunday mornings. Register by yourself or bring a bestie or 2 <3
We will finish the season with an end of Summer Group Social (with all groups) on the Beach with appetizers and Beach games!!

*** PLEASE NOTE: Dates are subject to outdoor conditions. Bad weather or surf may lead to some dates being rescheduled. Order of classes taught may be altered to accomodate for lake conditions. We must have a minimum number of people registered to begin each series, start may be delayed until we have enough registrations or you may be offered to switch to another running series.
