Join us for a transformative morning of healing and presence on the Grand River with Jaime L. Montour, founder of AWAKENS.ca and JLM Life & Wellness. Through breathwork, guided meditation, and crystal energy, this session invites you to return to yourself.
About Jaime:
Jaime is the founder of AWAKENS.ca and JLM Life & Wellness, is a Haudenosaunee and Lenape Delaware descendant from the Six Nations of the Grand River. A proud Montour lineage carrier, she integrates ancestral and Akashic healing into her Meditation & Paddle journeys. These sacred sessions combine guided meditation, breathwork, and traditional teachings on the water—honouring nature’s power to transform, reflect, and renew. In partnership with Moonwater Creative, Jaime offers a space to ground, set intentions, and reconnect with Spirit. Each paddle is a return to self, presence, and the whispers of the ancestors. The river always knows the way.
