‘How to process our feelings’ - Ladies Beach session 🏖 🌊
This session is to explore validating all our feelings - in all their many colours and the effects that that can have on us. We will discuss how to change the way we view feelings and not to class them as good or bad.
Why not come along to this relaxed informal session at the Beach, with a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. Its a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.
Sessions are £18 and last an hour and 50 minutes which includes cake and fruit.
Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park and you can park there for free until 9pm
