The Glenwood Women of Wellness (WOW) Yoga class is a Yoga fitness class and is held on Wednesday's at 5:30pm. The class is 1 hour in length. Total cost for the 6 visit Punch Card is $30. Class size is limited and each participant is responsible for bringing a yoga mat, yoga strap and bottle of water. Use the flexibility of the punch card to attend 6 classes of your choice.The classes are held in the Glenwood Medical Mall, Suite #611.
