Who is this for?
All sessions will be mindfully guided for participants at any stage in their self discovery and healing path. Embrace a sanctuary of inclusivity where all women-identifying humans are celebrated for their unique stories and contributions, fostering an environment of safety, connection, and empowerment.
What to bring?
Water
Yoga Mat or Floor Pad
Blanket or Throw
1-2 pillows or bolsters depending on the level of support you will require to be on the floor in our sessions
Writing tools and journal
Dress appropriately for the weather - there will be a covered shelter and two fires.
Towel if we are able to access the river fully.
There will be nourishment provided for lunch and tea provided throughout the day. If you feel the need to bring more food, you are welcome to do so.

About Wendy: Wendy has been studying and practicing sound therapy for 9 years - obtaining two legitimate certifications within that time: one notable accreditation being an intensive 200-hour training in Rishikesh, India, while the other being an 8-hour immersive training on solfeggio frequencies and their healing benefits. In addition to these formal certifications, Wendy has undergone years of personal study and self-experimentation with great success. With a life-long background as a singer and musician and a life-long special, fostering a special relationship to the power of the voice, and holding an intuitive relationship with music and how it affects the body, Wendy is living in alignment with her deepest calling and is passionate about sharing this healing modality with the world. She offers private sound sessions and frequent community sound baths for the Lethbridge & area community, using various healing instruments, Reiki, and channeled vocals. She received her Reiki attunement and training in 2016.
What to expect:
For the sound portion of the day, Wendy will utilize the healing frequencies of crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, tuning forks, channeled vocal tones and Light Language, drums and other percussive tools, solfeggio frequency tones, and more – lacing the vibrations all with Reiki for an amplified healing experience.
Intention:
The power of Sound is mighty, but when frequency and intention are combined, the effect is incredibly amplified. When preparing yourself to attend, it is encouraged to find a strong intention for what you would like support with for the night.
