November 2024 WOS Program with Monica Hart:
Conscious aging is a great opportunity for spiritual, emotional, and psychological growth.
Ageism is stereotyping. prejudice or discrimination against people based on their age. At 50, it really begins to creep in.
By 2030 there will be approximately 72 million people aged 65 years and older which represents 19% of the population.
We have a youth obsessed culture that focuses on body and looks which has created a lot of fear and anxiety around aging.
Gift yourself this journey to strengthen your inner core, thrive, and grow to feel love, respect, and value.
Here’s what’s in it for YOU!
- Identify and explore self-limiting attitudes, beliefs, and fears about aging.
- Increase awareness to gently embrace your transitional journey of aging.
- Claim the life you deserve of passion, happiness, joy, contentment, and fun.
- Make the practice of Gratitude a lifetime habit for your health and wellness.
-Learn practical real-world skills to make positive and life affirming changes.
This workshop gives you an opportunity in a warm and safe place to be curious and discover how your unique identity is a gift to the community and world.
