The team at BusinessWest created the Women of Impact awards in 2018 as a way to honor the women in the region that are making an impact. When selecting a name for this award, the decision was made to use Women of Impact because there are so many different ways to make an impact and create positive change in the world. Since its inception, the women honored through this program have been successful, inspiring, and most importantly, impactful! We are certain this trend will remain true with the 2024 Women of Impact.
