We're so excited to be hosting our Sydney based Chapter Coffee Connect!
Come join us at the Salesforce Tower on George Street, on Wednesday the 31st of July at 8.00am, to connect with women within community to share experiences and success stories.
After a quick coffee and chat, we will have the lovely Jen Thompson to walk us through a mindfulness workshop centred on self-awareness of each of our nervous systems and how it ties into the way we support ourselves and others.
Jen has over 40 years experiences in the non for profit secotr and over 30 years in psychotherapy. Jen brings focus to the impact of embodiment, mindset and behaviours on workplace culture, creating adult to adult relationships and inclusive, empowered people and teams.
