This conference was birthed out of a need for female leaders to pour into one another, have a sense of community, and not feel like they are working in silo. God spoke and we believe Heaven will respond to this much needed gathering of like-minded women of color. It is our hope that women will leave inspired, transformed, and leave the conference with a network of sisters that will help them navigate through life's good and bad times.
